Uptime has been 100%. If you can get to their highest level of tech support, it is great (lower levels, not so much)
Cons:
Support -- It seemed like I knew more about their product than they did. Support people always have an attitude like you're bothering them.
Other Thoughts:
Their service is reliable. Their support stinks. And anything that needs to be updated (even relatively minor stuff), takes 30 days advance notice.

no outages EVER!!! yes, you heard me correctly
Cons:
Overly agressive accounts receivable department.... Miss apayment due date by even 1 hour and they go into hardcare collections made... VERY impersonal and make you feel like a bad debtor for no reason.

The speeds were only slightly lower than our Level 3 OC48 and not as consistant. Ping time is also a couple milli seconds worse than Level 3
