Pros:

good management in the local area. our company was able to use www.firststoptelecom.com to help us find the best rates from all vendors and we were able to save money

Cons:

limited areas, we wanted to recommend the service to other companies but areas still limited for fiber. try using firststoptelecom to find vendors across the nation with direct discounts
