Pros:

we were able to get really good price from www.firststoptelecom.com, even got 1st month free on our T1. good pricing and good sales people to work with

Cons:

support is good at times but so so at times. service overall has been good, especially for the price we paid from firststoptelecom recommendation so no fuss here
