Volume commitment but inexpensive spent monthly.
Cons:
Volume commitment 3 years term.
Worst customer service. Once called customer service for inquire, they asked using our number was ATT......
Other Thoughts:
We moved the location May, it is July still not install T1 yet.
It has been 2 month passed !!
We do not have business phone and network environment.
Of course they never apology the situation we are in and dont care at all.
Also call forwarding was not so easy too.
Be careful to take T1 deal. Long time to install and handle.

Service was generally good. Customer support was slow to react and sometimes not helpful. My technology guy complained about it many times.
Cons:
This company is horrible from an intergrity standpoint. They signed me up as a customer in one entity and reseller in another, then cancelled the reseller side. They added on charges that weren't contracted and would not reverse. Don't USE This Co.
Other Thoughts:
These people are terrible to deal with. We had a billing dispute. A high official, Larry Seele said it would be resolve and the disputed charge would be reversed. I had it in a voice mail and e-mail, then some clown, Tami Seal, from their credit department reversed his decision to reverse the bogus charges. She threatened to send me to collections. It was a six month fight. Very unfair resolution. This is a completely dishonest unethical organizaiton. If you want bogus unexpected charges on your statement, not to be able to rely on what people in the organization commit to etc. use this company. I highly recommend against it. Terrible, terrible, terrible. The actual provision of internet was fine. You just don't want to deal with the people behind the company. They do not seem to understand the words ethics or integrity. Buyer beware!!!!!
